It says my package left City of Industry on 12/15/21 and no one can find it now. No more updates after this time. It was my child's Christmas present. I am so upset. Filed an investigation, no results from it and cannot find where package is at. Just says on its way to the next facility.

Not happy with the USPS at City of Industry. I sent an Priority Letter on the 24th Of November 2021, and paid to have it delivered by 11/29/2021. It arrived at City of Industry on 11/28/21 and has not been processed to be delivered. After asking numerous times for help; I have decided to leave a response to their delivery service. It's HORRIBLE. No one wants to help you all they do is ask you to call another number and another and so on. If your reading this DO NOT SEND OR HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED BY THIS GROUP. I have lost a payoff check for my auto loan. UGH.

I've tried calling this post office numerous times but can't get through to an actual person, does anyone know why? I have a package that has been held there since 10/8 and it's been almost a month and still hasn't been sent to me yet. Any advice on what I can do? (Driving there in person is not an option since I live 6 hours away).

This Post office is stealing your packages. Beware! Just recently, I was sending my two return packages from the business office. The packages didn't make to the place. They didn't even appear on tracking system. The post office couriers are not scanning packages when they pick them up and then....packages disappeared like they were never existed. That happened to me twice with the same City of Industry Gale Avenue Post office

My package has been sitting at this location since 5/10 (or at least it says that it “departed”). Today is 5/22 and no activity on the tracking number since 5/10. The receiving state (Illinois) has not received it. I’ve had 2 claims, called numerous numbers, no one seems to know what the hell is going on! What’s the problem CITY OF INDUSTRY? Something needs to be done, especially reading all these negative reviews❗️

I hear you.. My Pkg ordered in MAY 3--arrived in CIty of Industry sort center and never seen pkg delivered to me ...Still to this day shows at City of Industry... Are workers that incompetent....just there for a paycheck... Tampering with mail is FRAUD... USPS should be held accountable for lost mail. But instead they never answer the phone --and if they do, they sound like they are not interested in any claim matters.

I am on the East Coast. Every package I have ordered online that comes through this PO has "disappeared". The first time, it showed up after three weeks with $20 COD charged on a "free delivery". I now have three other packages from two other sellers in this limbo, but I have already contacted the vendors and told them what is happening here. At least one has contacted authorities to have this investigated. PLEASE, if this happens to you, ALERT THE SELLER SO WE CAN STOP THIS.

My package arrived at the City of Industry post office Feb 18th. It is March 7th and it hasn’t moved. How long is too long to wait for a package before something is done about it?! Looking at other reviews, I searched their tracking numbers, and many others have been waiting a month and still have not received their packages.

I'm awaiting a package that has been stuck in this facility for 2 weeks. Reading the other posts I now know why we must fight to never allow Trump in public office again. Postmaster DeJoy, Trump's boy, was put in charge to subvert the election by targeting mail-in ballots. He dismantled the automatic sorting machines and would have unplugged more if it wasn't for the Congress ordering him to stop. From now on I will use a commercial delivery service when ordering online. If a third party option for delivery is not available I will order from a site that has it. I'm done using the USPS!

My package was last scanned on 12/12 at the Industry, CA DC, It makes no sense that a package would sit for this long untouched. This shipment was supposed to deliver on 12/16 I have opened a case with the USPS and contacted the company all anyone can tell me is that the package is at this location. Most people do not purchase anything in China anymore and to keep the business of the seller making a profit he or she is saying that the item is from the US.

I have had a package sitting at your facility since December 5th at 9:33am. It is now December 17th. Why have I not received my package? This is beyond ridiculous. Way to long for my package to be in one spot when it should have been delivered over a week ago.

TWO of my packages has been here for weeks. I’ve been emailing and calling USPS but they haven’t been giving me the help that I need. I just want my packages. My first one was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 5th the other was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 9th. Neither of them have came yet but all my other packages from different places have been shipped and delivered. But if it’s from here, it takes the longest.

Check my tracking number and it suggested that my package is at this location which its been waiting for the last week it's late I don't see what the holdup is something is definitely wrong at this location either they're understaffed or the staff themselves are taking packages. I know that's wrong too suggest but something's going on and it needs to be fixed. Is read the comments they echo what I said.

Well at least this post office finally forwarded my package after holding it hostage for five days. They mis-shipped it to Globe, AZ instead of Phoenix where it was supposed to go. Now Globe is holding it hostage going on 3 days now. I think the three stooges could have done a better job. These people actually get a paycheck and benefits for doing this quality of work. I could have walked to California and gotten my package faster.

I only happened to find out from my local Post Office the investigation was ended and closed. No one contacted me about it all. I’ve been waiting for my package that was supposed to be delivered to me on June 30th but it’s been held for almost 3 weeks now!!! I can’t get a hold of ANYONE to get any updates on my package and I noticed that multiple of packages are also being held at this place. Priority mail 2 day package has been stuck in this office for more than a week. If I had known it was shipping through this office I would have selected 5 day ups ground, less expensive and still would have been faster. This has happened to me before but only when a package hits THIS office. Really makes it hard to feel bad for the USPS whining about loosing money.

This is the worst post office ever. Unfortunately, it appears that all packages coming into Ontario, CA have to go to the City of Industry post office first before they are sent to where they should be going. However, this is the second time a package I've been waiting for has been sitting at this post office for more than a week. Why??? Why is it just sitting there? Is no one working? You get it in but you never send it out. Still waiting!!! Good thing it's not something I need that's life threatening because I'd die. But I guess my family would have a great lawsuit.

HAD to mark something but if 0 was an option I would've pressed that instead! 1 is being generous!!! I really wondered where all that $ is being spent every time they raise the prices?! Then today standing in line at the City of Industry USPS, along with the original 8 people & eventually up to 19! when I furiously walked out after waiting for an hour and ten minutes!!!🤬🤬🤬 but yet those STUPID expensive kiosks which only 1 person used the whole time because its credit card only, were sitting there unused the whole time! You stupid F&$%S!!! MosT customers who are WALKING INTO the damn post office is because they dont like to purchase crap online or they just dont exactly know how they should or the cheapest way, so they go in person! But yet you have 1-2 employees working the ONLY facility open on Saturdays untill 5pm!!! Really? THAT ISNT EVEN MY COMPLAINT YET..... I finally reached the counter with my package ready except my postage label needed to be taped on, I was told "go tape it on and come back" 🤬 WTF!!! Really! I waited an hour already, but she just filled out 6 forms for a guy to busy on his fone no problem! So then i say "ok fine whatever, may I purchase postage for 2 SMALL USPS FLATS RATE BOXES please?!" Her f&$*%$n answer to me was. " we dont sell postage for those, you have to use the kiosks, or online! ""Wait You have small flat rate envelopes, & boxes but yet dont sell postage for them over the counter?" She says," No! NEXT PLEASE! " OH HELL NO REALLY!
